DIVE INTO OUR DESCRIPTIONS
Red Blend
A fruit-forward blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Aged 10 months in neutral French oak barrels. Youthful, fresh, and versatile, this wine is suitable for any occasion.
2024 Bianco
100 % Vidal Blanc. Stainless steel fermented and aged. 4g/L residual sugar, considered off dry. Bright tropical notes with crisp acidity. Estate grown.
2023 Chardonnay
100% Chardonnay. Fermented and aged in stainless steel for 6 months with gentle lees stirring every 3 weeks. Bright and balanced with a latent finish.
2024 Pinot Grigio
100% Pinot Grigio 70% tank and 30% neutral French oak fermented. Dry and rich with a beautiful finish. Estate grown.
2024 Sparkling Cider
A blend of unique Stayman, Winesap, Goldrush, and Hewes Crab apples. Fermented in stainless steel and made sparkling in the charmet method.
