2023 Chardonnay: 100% Chardonnay. Fermented and aged in stainless steel for 6 months with gentle lees stirring every 3 weeks. Bright and balanced with a latent finish.

2023 Sparkling Rose: Primarily Chambourcin with a touch of Chardonnay to round out the pallet. Made in the Charmat Method with a hint of sweetness. A perfect wine for the summer.
